Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the

    "An Act extending the termination date of the Council on                                        
    Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault; relating to the council's                                 
    duties; placing the executive director and staff of the council in the                          
    exempt service; and providing for an effective date."

332(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                    
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
